About

Free calculators for payment fees and working hours.

Fees & Hours is a small independent site with five tools: a PayPal fee calculator, a Stripe fee calculator, a work hours calculator, a time clock calculator and a weekly timesheet calculator.

How we keep them reliable

All the math lives in one script that is covered by automated tests with hand-worked examples, including fee calculations in both directions and overnight shifts. Payment fee defaults are copied from PayPal's and Stripe's public US pages, and each page shows the date they were checked.

What we are not

We are not PayPal, Stripe or a payroll provider, and we are not affiliated with them. Results are estimates, not advice. See the disclosure for how the site may earn money and the privacy page for what it does with data.
